Convert Phosphor icons (Bold weight) into a bitmap glyph module.

uv run tools/make_icons.py 64 src/icons_large.py sun cloud-rain

Reads the Phosphor Bold webfont and its CSS (for the codepoints) from build/phosphor/, where make icons downloads them. Glyphs are stored under their Phosphor name and drawn with text.draw_glyph. Phosphor Icons: MIT License, https://phosphoricons.com
